For over 25 years, Steven Hoffman has been specializing in human performance, with an emphasis in collaborative business planning. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies to implement comprehensive business management systems that link people to the business in every major industry. Steven’s ability to infuse creative collaboration into the process of solving complex business problems is the cornerstone of his success.
Steven’s most recent business innovations are: Project Team 360: an online, interactive tool that rapidly assesses a project’s total performance and then guides users through the creation of a performance acceleration plan. Another innovation is RESET Projects; a unique series of highly interactive team meetings that guides leadership teams through the process of re-clarifying their core business, realigning long and short run plans, re-syncing current priorities and then reconnecting all three elements to the performance management system for sustainable traction.
Steven graduated with highest honors and departmental citations in both Economics and Psychology from the University of California at Davis, and is a Phi Beta Kappa recipient.

Annie Palmer, Associate
An associate at Human Synergy, Annie has spent six years focusing on program development, project management, research, event planning and customer service. Her career experiences span many realms, from Wall Street, where she worked in PR and advertising, to the USC Atelier Art Gallery, which she co-founded in 1980.
Ms. Palmer has extensive expertise in research, marketing and helping to launch start-up businesses. This wealth of diverse work experience is critical to her work at Human Synergy, where she helps to foster and analyze human relationships in in working organizations. She especially values the ability to assist others in developing the collaboration skills and integration values essential to any successful organization.
Annie holds a BA in Sociology from Clemson University, and is a Certified Spirit CoachTM.
